The EMU PRO is a professional-grade standalone engine management system engineered for motorsport applications demanding precision control and extensive tuning flexibility. Built to handle the most complex calibration requirements, it delivers advanced powertrain management across four-stroke, two-stroke, and rotary engines up to 12 cylinders. Core capabilities include closed-loop fuelling with short- and long-term trim algorithms, dual DBW throttle support with auto-calibration, and up to four variable valve timing channels. The system features 31 outputs and 24 inputs, dual CAN 2.0A/B connectivity, and LIN bus support for comprehensive vehicle integration. Advanced configuration options set the EMU PRO apart: user-defined table sizes up to 32×32, customisable axis bins for non-linear accuracy, and flexible strategy programming via custom functions and CAN logic. Sequential gearbox control with paddle-shift capability supports up to four closed-loop stages with PWM solenoid management. Data acquisition reaches 500 Hz logging to external USB memory, with dual knock sensor inputs and four EGT channels for real-time engine analysis. Dual oxygen sensor controllers support up to four LSU 4.9 sensors for precise emissions tuning.
