We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

As all products are shipped directly from our authorised suppliers, processing times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and supplier handling times.

Delivery Methods & Timeframes (UK Only)
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our trusted suppliers using reliable UK courier services, including Royal Mail and DPD.

  • Most items are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch

  • Some items may take approximately 5–14 working days depending on supplier stock and location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

High-Value Items
Higher-value products, such as ECUs and turbochargers, are shipped using fully tracked, insured, and guaranteed delivery services. These shipments typically require a signature upon arrival.

Standard Shipping
Lower-value items are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Split Shipments
As products may be dispatched from different suppliers, items in the same order may arrive separately. You will only be charged once for delivery at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. We aim to keep delivery charges fair while ensuring all items are shipped securely.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to supplier or courier factors. We will keep you informed where possible.
