Returns & Refund Policy – Tatham Engineering

At Tatham Engineering we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

Goods that prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to Tatham Engineering within 14 days of receipt.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned carriage paid by the customer
• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned complete with all original packaging
• Items must be received in a resalable condition

If packaging is damaged or incomplete, a charge of up to 50% of the item value may be applied.

Returns After 14 Days

Items returned after 14 days from receipt may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10% of the recommended retail price (RRP).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Special order items sourced specifically for a customer
• Custom manufactured or fabricated parts
• Custom wiring looms
• Software, firmware or device feature licences
• Electronic components that have been installed or powered
• Any item that has been modified, installed or used

Electronic Components

Due to the sensitive nature of motorsport electronics, ECUs and electronic components supplied by manufacturers such as ECUmaster and Syvecs cannot be returned once they have been installed, powered or opened unless confirmed to be faulty.

Turbochargers

Turbochargers supplied by manufacturers including Pulsar Turbos must be inspected prior to installation.

Once installed, turbochargers cannot be returned unless confirmed faulty following manufacturer inspection.

Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact Tatham Engineering as soon as possible.

Products may need to be returned for inspection and may also require assessment by the manufacturer before a replacement or refund is approved.

Tatham Engineering is not responsible for any labour costs incurred during installation or removal of allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied parts.

Return Procedure

All returns must include the following information:

• Customer name and address
• Order reference number
• Description of the issue or reason for return

This information helps us process your return efficiently.

Responsibility for Returned Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are packaged securely.

Tatham Engineering cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or undelivered. Customers are advised to retain proof of postage or courier tracking information.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
