The EMU PRO is a stand-alone engine management system engineered for professional motorsport. It delivers precise powertrain control with exceptional tuning flexibility, enabling calibrations for the most demanding high-performance applications. Advanced fuelling algorithms with closed-loop short- and long-term trim combined with fuel film modelling ensure injector accuracy. Configurable table sizes up to 32×32 with user-adjustable axis channels and bin values maximise tuning precision across non-linear engine characteristics. Comprehensive I/O capability includes 46 outputs and 30 inputs, supporting four-stroke, two-stroke, and rotary engines up to 12 cylinders. Dual oxygen sensor controllers (LSU 4.9), up to four VVT channels with auto-calibration, and sequential gearbox control with paddle-shift strategy and four closed-loop stages cover complex drivetrain requirements. Dual CAN 2.0A/B and LIN bus connectivity enable seamless integration with external systems. Dual DBW support with auto-calibration, dual knock sensors, and eight EGT inputs provide comprehensive engine monitoring. Data-logging to USB at up to 500 Hz with real-time parameter analysis supports detailed diagnostics and development. Custom functions, numbers, and CAN inputs/outputs deliver unprecedented configuration flexibility. IP 65 water-resistant enclosure with bespoke CNC-machined aluminium construction ensures durability in demanding motorsport environments.
